Observation of a higher JAK2 V617F homozygous mutated clone in polycythemia vera compared to essential

摘要: Single-tube bi-directional allele specific amplification (SB-ASA) and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RQ-PCR) assays were developed and performed for JAK2V617F detection on 40 polycythemia vera (PV) samples, 31 essential thrombocythemia (ET) samples, 40 acute leukemia samples, and 40 healthy control samples. Differences between detect limitations of the two assays and their influence on the mutation detection rate were analyzed. The results showed that in some samples, the JAK2V617F burden was as low as nearly 1%, and thus more JAK2V617F-positive samples were detected by RQ-PCR than by SB-ASA assay due to the former higher detect limitation. Mutation allele ratios in PV and ET samples and their relevance to biological characteristics were also analyzed. The results showed that the mutation allele ratio was 0.436 ± 0.261 in PV, higher than the 0.216 ± 0.207 in ET; percentage of certainly homozygous mutation carriers in PV was 40.54%, higher than the 10% in ET. However, statistical analysis showed no relevance between mutation allele burden and sex or age. Our result shows that the pathogenesis of PV and ET may be related to the mutation allele burden of JAK2V617F.

Influence of harvest date on seed yield and quality in forage kochia

摘要: Forage kochia ( ) is used for rangeland reclamation and livestock and wildlife forage, but limited research has been conducted on its seed production. Therefore, this research evaluated the effect of harvest date on seed weight, germination, and seed yield of forage kochia subspecies and . Seed was harvested from individual plants for 3 years during October, November, and December. October harvest had the lightest 100-seed weights, with the November harvest slightly heavier than December, for most accessions. Cultivar Snowstorm and breeding line Sahsel, both subsp. , had the greatest 100-seed weights in November, 155 and 143 mg, respectively, whereas, cv. Immigrant (subsp. ), the standard for forage kochia, ranked among the least for 100-seed weight. For most accessions, germination was lowest from the October harvest (11%–43%), with greater germination with November and December harvested seeds (43%–64%). Viable seed yields were greatest in November with the exception of two accessions, which peaked in October, indicating earlier maturity. Results indicate that forage kochia usually reaches optimum seed maturity by early November, after plants are exposed to freezing temperatures; however, earlier maturing accessions exist in both subspecies and .

智能多路数据采集系统实现了多路温度采集与检测,利用仪用放大器AD620进行信号放大,采用LM331型电压-频率转换器进行电量转换,采用89S52单片机进行数据采集及存储并用Visual Basic 6.0实现单片机与PC机的通信;最后给出了智能多路数据采集系统在梅江小区综合办公楼生态能源示范系统的应用数据。

Efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitor INC424 in patients with primary and post-polycythemia vera or post-essential

摘要:

A phase II study (A2202) was performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitor ruxolitinib in 63 Chinese MF patients. Ruxolitinib was given twice a day (bid) at a starting dose of 15 mg (n=25) or 20 mg (n=38) based on a baseline platelet count. About 94.7% of the patients achieved a reduction in spleen size, 27.0% of which exhibited significant reduction (≥35%) at week 24. Significant improvement in debilitating constitutional symptoms, as assessed by MFSAF v2.0, was observed in patients treated with ruxolitinib. Ruxolitinib treatment was generally well tolerated by Chinese patients. Although the treatment was associated with an increase in certain adverse events (AEs) that were established as identified risks (anemia and thrombocytopenia), these AEs were considered manageable in this clinical setting. Ruxolitinib provided substantial reductions in splenomegaly and improvements in symptoms, and was well-tolerated by Chinese patients with MF.

Effect of TiO 2 loading on the activity of V/TiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 in the catalytic oxidehydrogenation of ethylbenzene

摘要: TiO-AlOmixed oxides with different compositions ranging from 40wt-% to 95wt-% of TiO were prepared by sol-gel method and impregnated with different amounts of VO. Supports and catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), physisorption, temperature preprogrammed reduction (H-TPR), and ammonia temperature programmed desorption (NH-TPD). TiO content in the support had obvious effect on the crystal structure, texture characteristic, acid property, and catalytic activity in dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene (EB) with carbon dioxide. The highest catalytic activity was acquired when the TiO content was 50 wt-%.

作为一种局部排气通风(LEV)系统,个体患者通风(VIP)隔离罩用于将患者的空气排放物与医护人员(HCW)呼吸的空气进行分离,为减少医院获得性感染(HAI)提供了一种新的途径。最近的研究结果表明,对于典型的患者排放的气溶胶,VIP 隔离罩提供的保护与N95 口罩相当。与口罩不同的是,隔离罩的性能可以被很容易地监控,HCW可以通过警报收到故障提醒。适当使用这些相对简单的设备既可以减少感染控制对个人防护设备(PPE)的依赖,又可以为医院和诊所提供低成本、高能效的防护形式。尽管新冠病毒肺炎(COVID-19)加速了VIP 隔离罩的开发和部署,但这些设备目前仍是一项不成熟的技术。本文描述了VIP隔离罩的现状,并确定了需要进一步开发的方面,包括设备设计和相关使用规则。VIP隔离罩的概念可扩展为为个体患者提供清洁的条件和对其他环境因素如温度和湿度进行个性化控制。

Effective regeneration of thermally deactivated commercial V-W-Ti catalysts

摘要: An effective method for the regeneration of thermally deactivated commercial monolith SCR catalysts was investigated. Two types of regenerated solutions, namely NH Cl (1 mol/L) and dilute H SO (0.5 mol/L), were employed to treat the used catalyst. The effects of temperature and the regeneration process on the structural and textural properties of the catalysts were determined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, N adsorption/desorption, elemental analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results suggest that the anatase phase of the used catalyst is maintained after exposure to high temperatures. Some of the catalytic activity was restored after regeneration. The catalyst regenerated by aqueous NH Cl had a higher activity than that of the catalyst treated by dilute H SO . The main reason is that the NH generated from the decomposition of NH Cl at high temperatures can be adsorbed onto the catalyst which promotes the reaction. The aggregated V O were partially re-dispersed during the regeneration process, and the intrinsic oxidation of ammonia with high concentrations of O is a factor that suppresses the catalytic activity.

Possible role of power-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-grid as storages and flexible loads in the German 110 kV distribution grid

摘要: The sectoral coupling of road traffic (in form of E-Mobility) and electrical energy supply (known as power-to-vehicle (P2V), vehicle-to-grid (V2G) is discussed as one of the possible development concepts for the flexible system integration of renewable energy sources (RES) and the support of the objectives of the German energy transition (aka. Energiewende). It is obvious that E-mobility, which shall produce as few emissions as possible, should be based on the exclusive use of renewable energies. At the same time, the E-mobility can help to reduce the negative effects of the grid integration of RES to the distribution grids. However, this assumes that the electric vehicles are smart integrated to the grids where they charge, meaning that they must be able to communicate and be controllable. Because per se unplanned and uncontrollable charging processes are harmful for the grid operation, especially if they occur frequently and unexpected in similar time periods, the effects can hardly be controlled and can lead to serious technical problems in practical grid operation. This paper provides an insight into the current development of E-mobility in Germany. The insight will be matched with the German development of the RES. By the combination of both sectors, the possible role of the E-mobility for the distribution grid will be depicted, which can have positive and negative aspects.

摘要: 介绍了基于混沌的最大密度信号分析技术在无刷直流电机分析中的应用。利用了从电流信号最大密度估计得出的相关系数。通过实验实现了无刷电机在试验台上的速度估计以及在小型无人机上的故障检测。实验结果表明,在97.8%的案例中可估计电机速度,在82.75%的分析案例中可检测故障。

摘要: Detection of oxygen and carbon dioxide is important in the field of chemical and biosensors for atmosphere and biosystem monitoring and fermentation processes. The present study reports on the preparation of zeolite films doped with iron nanoparticles for detection of CO and O in gas phase. Pure nanosized LTL type zeolite with monomodal particle size distribution loaded with iron (Fe-LTL) was prepared under hydrothermal condition from colloidal precursor suspensions. The zeolite was loaded with iron to different levels by ion exchange. The Fe-LTL suspensions were used for preparation of thin films on silicon wafers via spin coating method. The reduction of the iron in the zeolite films was carried out under H flow (50% H in Ar) at 300 °C. The presence of iron nanoparticles is proved by ultra-violet-visible spectroscopy. The properties of the films including surface roughness, thickness, porosity, and mechanical stability were studied. In addition, the loading and distribution of iron in the zeolite films were investigated. The Fe-LTL zeolite films were used to detect O and CO in a concentration dependent mode, followed by IR spectroscopy. The changes in the IR bands at 855 and 642 cm (Fe–O–H and Fe–O bending vibrations) and at 2363 and 2333 cm (CO asymmetric stretching) corresponding to the presence of O and CO , respectively, were evaluated. The response to O and CO was instant, which was attributed to great accessibility of the iron in the nanosized zeolite crystals. The saturation of the Fe-LTL films with CO and O at each concentration was reached within less than a minute. The Fe-LTL films detected both oxygen and carbon dioxide in contrast, to the pure LTL zeolite film.

Electrochemical performance of thermally-grown SiO

摘要: Direct integration of lithium-ion battery (LIB) with electronic devices on the same Si substrate can significantly miniaturize autonomous micro systems. For achieving direct integration, a barrier layer is essential to be inserted between LIB and the substrate for blocking Li diffusion. In this paper, the feasibility of thermal SiO film as the barrier layer is investigated by electrochemical characterization and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Due to the negligible side reactions of thermal SiO with electrolyte, the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer formed on the surface of the barrier layer is thin and the SEI content mainly consists of hydrocarbon together with slight polyethylene oxide (PEO), Li PO F , and Li CO . Although 8-nm thermal SiO effectively prevents the substrate from alloying with Li , the whole film changes to Li silicate after electrochemical cycling due to the irreversible chemical reactions of SiO with electrolyte. This degrades the performance of the barrier layer against the electrolyte penetration, thus leading to the existence of Li (in the form of F-Si-Li) and solvent decompositions (with the products of hydrocarbon and PEO) near the barrier layer/substrate interface. Moreover, it is found that the reaction kinetics of thermal SiO with electrolyte decrease significantly with increasing the SiO thickness and no reactions are found in the bulk of the 30-nm SiO film. Therefore, thermal SiO with an appropriate thickness is a promising barrier layer for direct integration.

摘要: The capturing process for carbon dioxide over porous solid adsorbents such as lithium silicate, lithium aluminate, and magnesium aluminate at pre- combustion temperatures was studied. Lithium silicate was prepared by the sol gel and solid fusion methods. The lithium silicate adsorbent was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and surface area. The capturing of carbon dioxide over lithium silicate, lithium aluminate, and magnesium aluminate was explored at different experimental conditions such as exposure time, temperature variation, and exposure carbon dioxide pressure. The capturing process for carbon dioxide was investigated over these adsorbents with variation of their metal mole ratios. The effect of the addition of (promoter) sodium, potassium, and cesium in the lithium silicate adsorbent was explored to investigate the variation of the capture of carbon dioxide over these adsorbents.

摘要: 针对大规模均匀矩形阵列提出了一种新型二维波达角和信道联合估计技术以及信号检测技术。传统波达角估计技术都建立在信道冲击响应已知的前提下,然而,在大规模天线系统中,信道估计非常具有挑战性。首先利用训练序列估计出用户与天线之间的联合信道冲击响应,然后利用该估计值基于酉ESPRIT算法获得二维角度估计,接下来可以获得不同路径的定向信道冲击响应估计。所提估计算法可以获得闭式解,避免了搜索和配对过程。与此同时,提出了一种简化的信号检测过程,该过程可以降低矩阵求逆的维度,从而降低检测复杂度。对多种情况进行了仿真验证,仿真结果证明了所提算法的有效性。

A multi-scale model for CO

摘要: This paper presents a multi-scale model to simulate the multicomponent gas diffusion and flow in bulk coals for CO sequestration enhanced coalbed methane recovery. The model is developed based on a bi-dispersed structure model by assuming that coal consists of microporous micro-particles, meso/macro-pores and open microfractures. The bi-disperse diffusion theory and the Maxwell-Stefan approach were incorporated in the model, providing an improved simulation of the CH —CO /CH —N counter diffusion dynamics. In the model, the counter diffusion process is numerically coupled with the flow of the mixture gases occurring within macro-pores or fractures in coal so as to account for the interaction between diffusion and flow in gas transport through coals. The model was validated by both experimental data from literature and our CO flush tests, and shows an excellent agreement with the experiments. The results reveal that the gas diffusivities, in particular the micro-pore diffusivities are strongly concentration-dependent.
